About the team
This role will be part of the Administration team at Bristol, reporting directly to the OBS Management team you will be part of the Administration team and the day-to-day administration tasks supporting the local Management team, helping to support the Lead Hosts, Train Managers and Drivers whilst also working alongside the 3 other administrators in the Bristol office.

The role within on board services team will be varied, you will be working within the busy administration offices on platform 5/7 at Bristol Temple Meads. Ensure our front-line colleagues are supporting within their roles and able to access the equipment they need to successfully carry out their roles. All this whilst ensure you follow the strict GDPR guidelines by keeping a clean safe office.
What you'll be doing
* Ordering and maintaining the crew equipment and uniform
* Printing and mail dropping information for colleagues
* Ensure GDPR is maintained within office location
* Posting on notice boards important information
* Filing and maintenance of crew records on Paper vision
* Attend confidential meetings within the GWR network and note/ minute take
* Reporting of information to other departments through various systems
* Take notes and messages for the OBS Managers in their absence
* Problem solve and solution find for colleagues
As a minimum to apply for this role you'll need to have:
* Confident at using MS Word, Excel and Office
* Use of ordering systems
* Experience in taking minutes and Notes within confidential meetings
* Experience of working in an office environment
* Must always demonstrate an ability to work under extreme pressure whilst maintaining a professional Can-Do attitude.
* A problem solver with a positive and cheerful outlook
* Professional approach with attention to detail and high level of personal presentation.

About the location:
Based at Bristol Temple Meads Station, all applicants must live no longer than 1 hour from the depot.
This role will have the following work pattern, 25 hours per week on a 2-week rota
Week 1: 13:30 until 18:30 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Week 2: 13:30 until 18:30 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
