Clinical Service Manager – RMN | Eating Disorder Service | Young Adults (16-24) Are you a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a Clinical Service Manager to oversee a specialist eating disorder service for young adult females (16-24 years old). Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures. Provide clinical leadership in the treatment and recovery of young adults with eating disorders. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices in mental health care. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to provide holistic support. Support and develop staff through supervision, training, and mentoring. Requirements: RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with a valid NMC PIN (Essential). Experience working with young adults (16-24) with eating disorders or similar complex mental health conditions. Strong leadership and management skills, ideally in a clinical service or ward manager role. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and mental health legislation.
