Role Manage a busy service department including workshop control. Ensure company standards are maintained by all staff within the department. Improve productivity of the department, ensure sufficient resources to meet requirements. Improve profitability of the department. Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and timely. Ensure all warranty claims are completed accurately and timely. Maintain standards and safe working practices in line with company standards. Ensure customer satisfaction through high levels of customer focus. Completion of full manufacturer training. Experience Previous experience in supervisory/management of other people. 5 Years experience in a fast pace motor trade environment. Previous customer facing experience. Experience in managing budgets. First class organisational and administrative skills. Excellent IT proficiency.
