The role
The Technical Construction Lead will assist the Team Manager or Delivery Manager by acting as a liaison for project validation during the design phase and oversee on-site supervision and project delivery during construction.
You will
- Show safety as the top priority by integrating it into all work aspects, ensuring tasks and resources are managed in the safest way.
- Be responsible for engaging with customers and landowners to enable land access and consent forms for future projects.
- Communicate details about program changes and defects to the Team/Delivery Manager.
- Manage material requirements for operatives, ensuring accurate supply and address daily issues.
You have
- An understanding of corporate processes including procurement, finance and IT systems.
- An awareness of the Network's functioning as a regulated entity.
- A focus on being efficient and reducing costs.
- A knowledge and practical use of CDM regulations, understanding associated roles and responsibilities.
