* Support the identification ofend-to-end process and data improvements, and support theimplementation of ITimprovements.
Actively contribute to the delivery ofFP&A modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, driveefficiency andeffectiveness Support the delivery of high-qualityFP&A services to the E&I businesses, providing quality,forward looking information and analysis. Support the financial reporting andconsolidation of the monthly accounts (MMR/Hyperion) with focus ontimely and accurate information whererequired Support the core financial reportingprocesses from end to end: capturing requirements, creating andcommunicating plans, reviewing inputs, providing synthesis andissuing reporting.
* Support the Half Year and Full YearStatutory Reporting process and provide support to external auditduring these periods
Your skills andexperiences:
Essential:
* Part-qualified Accountant – Must bestudying towards a professional accounting membership (CIMA, ACCA,ACA or ICAEW) and a proven track record in the FP&A domain
Strong knowledge of IFRS and accountingpolicies coupled with excellent planning and process managementskills Strong interpersonal skills, able toestablish efficient and effective working relationships and toinfluence key stakeholders across all levels of theorganisation Broad experience of Tableau/Power BIsoftware as well as Finance systems such as PlanningAnalytics/InforLN/SAP Experience of supporting and developingimprovementinitiatives Must be a proactive individual who is keento learn and drivechange

The E&IFP&A Team:
Within thefinance function, Financial Planning and Analysis teams areresponsible for leading the delivery of high quality andforward-looking financial analysis and insights to the business.Bringing together FP&A experts from across the UK footprint,they are the primary points of contact into business FinanceDirectors and Finance Business partners and provide crucialinsights on business and financial performance. The FP&Ateam work alongside other finance capabilities to drive theenhancement of key business processes, working towards establishingdata driven and digitally enabled performance reporting to meet thefuture business needs.
