Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Water Treatment)
Location: Covering sites across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and West Midlands.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Future Build Recruitment is working with a medium-sized Civil Engineering contractor specialising in Water Treatment projects. They are known for delivering high-quality solutions that improve water supply, treatment, and distribution systems. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Oversee and manage Water Treatment projects simultaneously, with values of up to £2 million, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
* Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork to drive project success.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering sector, ideally with Water Treatment experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
* Driving License: Full UK driving license is required for site visits across multiple locations.
