Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Search Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager at Swof and be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of SEO and PPC campaigns for Swof Media clients. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of SEO tactics and PPC campaigns for a portfolio of clients. Your core responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, optimizing website content in line with our clients’ marketing strategies, and managing PPC campaigns through Google Ads. A key part of this role is not only delivering effective search marketing but also generating reports on success and ROI. A marketer with a passion for search marketing and at least 2 years of experience in an SEO or PPC-specific role, preferably agency-side. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO tactics Experience in off-site functional link building is preferred but not essential Ability to analyse SEO organic performance and report to clients, providing key search insights Proficiency with Google apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) Business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of time Proven success using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Console, and Google Ads Experience with WordPress CMS is advantageous Responsibilities Execute technical and content analyses based on defined SEO strategies Propose, execute, and report on PPC campaigns through Google Ads Manage relationships with key SEO and PPC clients at Swof with support from the Marketing Manager Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on larger accounts to support SEO and PPC delivery for full marketing mix clients Conduct regular SEO audits to identify content and keyword needs for client success, including Meta Data, Site Health, Internal Links, External Links, Alt Text, and other technical aspects Produce relevant keyword research aligned with business objectives and audience insights, along with any client-provided information Make data-driven recommendations to the Marketing Manager to improve SEO/PPC strategies Support the Marketing Manager and Senior Team with client communications Provide monthly progress updates to SEO/PPC clients Contribute to proposal decks and reporting decks, supporting the Marketing Manager with research and reporting Proactively contribute to weekly marketing team meetings, keeping the team informed of the latest industry trends, changes, and best practices Work in a team to ensure project deadlines are consistently met
