Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Cheadle Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance Communicate with school staff and parents regarding student behaviour and academic performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting Experience working with students of varying abilities Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Effective classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in special education or behaviour management Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the designated area Full-time hours with potential for early morning calls for assignments Interact with students, school staff, and parents on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
