The Role
This is a strategic HR Business Partner role, supporting managers across multiple UK sites. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best HR practices are embedded while driving commercial and people-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
* Act as the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters, ensuring consistency and compliance with UK employment law
* Support key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation reviews
* Lead on UK HR policies and provide guidance on organisational change, succession planning, and training needs
* Partner with leadership teams to drive positive employee relations and successful implementation of change initiatives
Requirements of the HR Business Partner:
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) with a strong background in HR business partnering
* Experience within a large, complex industrial organisation with exposure to unionised environments (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, change management, and HR best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
