CSG have partnered with an exciting SaaS organisation focused on automation tools for financial services. They're currently undergoing a CRM & ERP transformation and looking for an in-house SalesForce administrator.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the SalesForce set up, including configuration, deployment into production, and maintenance.
* Establish and coordinate third-party support arrangements for ongoing maintenance.
* Manages delivery timelines, escalates issues, and project manage Salesforce-specific projects to ensure successful implementation.
* Provides end-user training, post-project support, supports developing training & user adoption programs.
* Handle basic administrative tasks (i.e. user account maintenance / reporting / internal audits / upgrades).
* Works closely with stakeholders establishing processes for admin / development / change management.
* Creatively & analytically solve issues to optimize functionality.
Skills and Experience needed:
* 3 - 5 years experience as SalesForce Administrator, 5+ years in a technical support role.
* Experienced with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (classic and lightning).
* Solid understanding and experience with setting up Enterprise SalesForce.com
* Good understanding of CPQ, CLM & Billing Solutions.
* Experienced with Einstein or Salesforce projects using an agile metholody.
* Significant hands on experience with data transformation.
* Proficiency in process builder, workflow, validation, and assignment rules.
* Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
* Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
* Will be required to obtain additional certifications upon an agreed schedule.
