Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading material handling manufacturer who are looking to recruit a new field-based forklift service engineer to service their client base around the East Midlands. Responsibilities
* Servicing a client based around the East Midlands
* Servicing forklift trucks & other material handling equipment
* Identifying parts required for clients
* Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when servicing & repairing forklifts & other equipment
* Reporting to the Regional Service Manager
Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background, but this is not essential. The company is open to considering candidates from other backgrounds including plant, powered access, automotive/commercial vehicles or cranes. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around the Leicestershire or Derbyshire.
