Full-Time, Fixed-Term (9 months from start of appointment)
The Access and Success team at Royal Holloway, University of London, is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer (Widening Access) on a 9-month fixed term basis.
We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, confident, and team-orientated individuals. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of administrative support and other specific tasks including outreach activity and delivery.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and display a high level of attention to detail.
The hours of work are 35 hours a week, worked Monday to Friday. Core hours are 09:00-17:00. On occasion, work outside of these hours will be required to cover the needs of the team, which include some evening/weekends by prior agreement. The University has adopted hybrid working for some roles and so some remote working would be possible for this role depending on operational requirements.
