Job summary To lead the specialist chaplaincy service for the Trust. The chaplaincy lead will work with the other Chaplains and Chaplaincy team to provide support to patients, relatives, staff and students with their religious, spiritual and or pastoral needs within the hospital. Main duties of the job To lead, manage and develop the provision of Religious, Spiritual and Pastoral care to all patients, staff and families/carers across the Trust. To manage the Trust's Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care service resources. To manage and develop the BWC Chaplaincy bereavement Pathway. To Manage and develop the Celebrate Project and Spiritual PlayTo work with other lead Allied Health Professionals and other professional leads to promote religious and spiritual care for patients, carers and the Trust.
