The Menu Change Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the menu change process, ensuring adherence to governance protocols, and supporting the Marketing and Menu Process teams. This role involves driving ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the process. Additionally, the Menu Change Coordinator is the crucial link between the Marketing and Menu Process teams (Food Development, Pricing and Ranging, Purchasing, Food Operations, etc).

Your Role as Menu Change Coordinator:
* Support the Marketing team and Menu Process teams in executing menu changes, ensuring all steps are followed according to the established governance process.
* Ensure compliance with governance protocols, providing guidance and support to team members to maintain standards.
* Ensure everyone in the menu change process takes ownership of their role, fostering a culture of accountability.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Menu Process teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate records of the menu change process and provide regular updates and reports to the relevant stakeholders.
* Act as the intermediary between the Marketing and Process teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of activity, supporting the change process, and helping to facilitate escalations where needed.
