We're activeley recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our clients team based in Lichfield. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager/General Manager, the main purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day administrative functions within warehouse operations. Responsibilities include: Handling customer enquiries and resolve any issues Ensure orders are prepared and sent to the order picking team in a timely manner Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices and any other necessary paperwork Assist colleagues in maintaining accurate records of all warehouse inventory Ensure all data is entered accurately into the warehouse management system Skills/experience required: Previous experience within a Warehouse Administrator role is advantageous though not essential. Administration/office experience will be considered Proficiency in MS Office/computer skills essential Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30 An immediate start is available for the successful Warehouse Administrator.
