We're activeley recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our clients team based in Lichfield.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager/General Manager, the main purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day administrative functions within warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling customer enquiries and resolve any issues
* Ensure orders are prepared and sent to the order picking team in a timely manner
* Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices and any other necessary paperwork
* Assist colleagues in maintaining accurate records of all warehouse inventory
* Ensure all data is entered accurately into the warehouse management system
Skills/experience required:
* Previous experience within a Warehouse Administrator role is advantageous though not essential. Administration/office experience will be considered
* Proficiency in MS Office/computer skills essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities

* Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30
