Set the bar for greatness We are excited to be advertising for a Partnerships Manager within our Licensing and Retail team. You will be responsible for the management of key accounts across the FA's sponsorship and licensing programme. What will you be doing? Responsible for the account management and rights delivery of key account sponsors and licensees, including Nike - the Official Kit and Ball Licensing Partner of the England teams. Support the launch of new England kits and other key campaigns around international tournaments. Build strong relationships with sponsors and internal FA departments (e.g. Technical, Grassroots, Marcomms and St George's Park) Responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of a variety of sponsor-related events and activity. Support the Senior Licensing and e-Commerce Manager and Head of Player Relations, Licensing, Retail and Tours across all licensing partners when required. Support the Senior Licensing and e-Commerce Manager and Head of Player Relations, Licensing, Retail and Tours in any deal renewal planning/negotiation. Develop proposals and presentations for partners with support from the Senior Licensing and e-Commerce Manager. Manage quarterly reporting and performance tracking across accounts. Match day delivery and client management across FA events. Brand management and IP protection. Coordinate and lead project status meetings where required. Work closely with FA departments to find and deliver added value for partners. Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group's changing priorities. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well-being can be maintained. Essential for the role : Experience of account management and sponsorship rights delivery. Experience in Sponsorship / Account Management or Sports Marketing. Demonstrable experience building excellent working relationships and dealing with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experienced in developing and delivering against key sponsorship KPIs. Excellent organisation skills. Demonstrable ability to work and deliver under pressure. Experience developing and coaching junior team members. Results driven with good commercial acumen. Excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills. Experience in commercial contracts involving rights negotiation and delivery. Experience of working in a sponsorship focused role. Beneficial to have: Experience of working in a commercial role in the sports industry or sports marketing agency. Experience of working with broadcasters and the media. Experience in or knowledge of grassroots sport and participation programmes. Experience in developing and delivering campaign strategy for Blue Chip clients. Understanding of digital marketing landscape. Understanding of sports retail and licensing landscape. Strong presentation and reporting skills. What's in it for you?
