Criteria To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: 1. A relevant level 6 qualification, e.g. degree level qualification or graduate diploma. OR A minimum of five years relevant sales experience working to achieve targets. 2. Experience of developing and delivering successful running sales and marketing campaigns across a variety of media and audiences. 3. Experience of developing and delivering successful training and awareness sessions to groups of professionals. 4. IT literate with experience in use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Powerpoint. 5. Excellent telephone communication skills and written skills, including demonstrable experience of influencing skills in relation to a variety of customers and in a range of work environments. 6. Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines. 7. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport (where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
