Role Overview
The Associate Director, Client Leadership is responsible for unlocking growth opportunities across an agreed agency client patch for Nexus Media Solutions (NMS). They will achieve this through close partnership with the NMS Head of Agency, as well as building and owning key agency and client relationships, managing projects across their agency and being a driver of growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Development and Agency Partnership
1. Focus on developing growth clients within NMS including winning business from non-spenders, lapsed clients and protecting business from clients identified at risk.
2. Independently analyse agency and client patch to spot opportunities for growth through review of client investment and aligning NMS to such opportunities.
3. Educate and inspire agency teams regarding NMS including agency showcases, workshops, inductions and updates to capabilities.
4. Focus day to day relationships across agency client teams, activation teams, planning teams and clients.
5. Build a detailed understanding of your clients, their needs, the business challenges they face and align those to the capabilities of NMS.
6. Ensure that revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across agency patch by working with investment teams and key NMS stakeholders to cross sell and upsell solutions to clients.
7. Maintain an accurate pipeline of allocated agency/clients.
8. Facilitates the delivery of growth plan for their clients to drive exponential growth, partnering with key agency stakeholders.
9. Takes a proactive approach to client engagement.
Effective Ways of Working
1. Provide agency and client feedback to internal teams including Client Services, Activation, Solution Development and Marketing Science.
2. Follow established working practices that aid a collaborative dynamic with NMS internal teams as well as agencies.
3. Be an effective bridge between the agency and the delivery of our client services and activation teams.
4. Work with Client Services, Activation and Marketing Science to develop the strategic campaign insights provided in reporting, PCAs and QBRs.
5. Regularly spot opportunities for case studies and award entries from client base and work with Marketing to support the design and build of these.
6. Lead by example and set the standards of how you work with your agency and clients.
7. Collaborative by nature and offers to support others.
8. Hungry to learn, constantly looking to develop your knowledge in order to talk with confidence about channels covered by NMS and cascading that knowledge to colleagues within NMS.
9. Follows a collaborative and effective ‘one team’ ethos within NMS.
