As we expand our online presence, we're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital initiatives and drive our brand's visibility and growth in the digital sphere.
The successful applicant must have an international mindset with our two largest markets being the United States and Europe.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and drive customer engagement and conversion.
This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly focusing on UX optimization, newsletter retargeting, Shopify management, and multimedia content creation.

Digital Strategy Development; · Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and CEO to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform digital strategy decisions.
Multimedia Content Creation; · Create seasonal look books, invitations, printed promotional materials and creative story telling materials.
· Create compelling visual assets, including videos, graphics, and images, to support digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and website enhancements.
· Utilize video editing software and graphic design tools to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
· Editing e.com images for the season, which is over 200, speed and visual accuracy a must.
· Creating seasonal look books that are conceptually fresh and interesting for the brand and customers · Editing Campaign images for the marketing team to use across all multimedia channels UX Optimization; · Implement user experience (UX) best practices to enhance website navigation, usability, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
· Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
Newsletter Retargeting; · Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers through personalized content, promotions, and product recommendations.
· Utilize segmentation strategies and A/B testing to optimize email performance and drive higher open and click-through rates.
Shopify Management; · Creating visually appealing and on brand material for the website on a bi-monthly basis · Assisting in writing phrases and key paragraphs for segments on the website · Conceptualizing on trend and trending concepts that align to the brand · Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (Shopify) to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
· Implement product updates, pricing changes, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.
· Implement SEO strategy to grow brands online presence and awareness globally · Spearhead best practice of multi-currency and multi-warehouse options for global expansion Ads Management; · Plan and executive with our Digital Marketing external team optimal paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
· Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize targeting parameters to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking and Analysis; · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across various digital channels, including website traffic, conversion rates, email engagement, and social media metrics.
· Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Report on weekly sold product and how we can drive awareness and traffic to styles not receiving as much attention.
AI · Utilize AI wherever possible within our business model and within your role.
· Explore and implement AI-driven tools for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.
· Utilize AI algorithms to analyze customer behavior and preferences, driving data-informed strategies for retargeting, cross-selling, and upselling.
· Leverage AI-powered platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) for generating creative content ideas, ad copy, and product descriptions tailored to different audience segments.
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
· Experience with using Shopify.
· Proficiency in utilizing UX principles to optimize website performance and enhance user experience.
· Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience in newsletter retargeting strategies.
· Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, including product management and promotional campaign setup.
· Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
