About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager – EMEA & APAC to join our client’s London-based team. This is a pure new business role focused on driving advertising partnerships with brands and agencies outside the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value advertising deals across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively drive new business development by identifying and engaging brands and agencies across EMEA & APAC.
* Sell branded content and omnichannel advertising solutions across a portfolio of globally recognized entertainment brands.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand revenue and market share in international territories.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in global brands and media agencies.
* Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, content, and operations—to deliver innovative advertising solutions.
* Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and client meetings worldwide.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
Key Requirements:
* Proven success in digital advertising sales, with experience selling into pan-EMEA and APAC brands and agencies.
* Strong track record in new business development, with the ability to build relationships and close deals from the ground up.
* Deep understanding of branded content, omnichannel advertising, and the global media landscape.
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and confidently pitch to senior decision-makers.
* Established network within international markets (EMEA & APAC).
* Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for media, entertainment, and advertising.
