The Company Our client is an established multinational manufacturer with a strong global presence, selling in over 100 countries and employing more than 100 people in the UK. Their diverse product range caters to a variety of foodservice establishments, including QSRs, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and cafés. This Business Development Manager will be tasked with building on the stable sales achieved in recent years and driving future growth. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth within the Professional Hotel Equipment division. Your mission will involve implementing the annual action plan aligned with the companys commercial strategy and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will prospect new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing indirect accounts, key dealers, and stakeholders in the hotel and restaurant industry (HORECA sector). This dynamic, hands-on role will involve coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities, implementing brand strategies, and participating in professional events and marketing initiatives at a European level. You will be responsible for managing the entire lead generation process from initial contact to closing deals. Close collaboration with senior management, marketing, product, and operations teams will also be key to aligning efforts and achieving the broader strategic business goals. The Person To excel in this role, we are seeking a passionate, self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on results.
