We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team in Bournemouth.
Role Overview
As a Secretary or Legal Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors, providing vital support across a diverse caseload of matters. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Diary and time management for fee earners
2. Helping to draft legal documents such as contracts, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
3. Case Management administration / filing
4. Client Communication
5. Document Review: Review documents and contracts.
6. Legal Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, maintaining databases, and managing office operations related to legal matters.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Legal secretary experience
2. Previous experience in a private client legal role. (Preferred)

4. Exceptional organisational abilities and the ability to work well within a team.
5. Proficiency in modern IT systems, audio and copy typing, and diary management.
