Job Description
1. Daily processing of orders and invoices
2. Dealing with phone calls, queries and operational issues
3. Handling all tasks from the daily task sheet and ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
4. Managing credit requests and customer claims
The Successful Applicant
1. Customer service and administration background would be beneficial
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to use initiative
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
5. Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced work environment
