PR & Partnership Manager
You will play a crucial role in driving collaborations, instigating new partnerships with brands, and working directly with key influencers in the industry.
You will sit in the wider digital team responsible for driving growth & customer retention and will be required to work cross-functionally with the social & product design team.
You will help to shape the company’s image by taking ownership on all partnership outreach and proactively look for opportunities to work with key leaders our industry.
Your role will be fast moving, progressive and involve working closely with our PR agency with the opportunity to organise brand events and collaborations. Key Responsibilities
Build new strong relationships with brands, influencers, and key players in the industry – to drive awareness of the brand across the UK.
Create and facilitate partnership & collaboration agreements and contracts.
Increase value from current brand relationships whilst monitoring performance.
Work closely with our PR agency to increase their effectiveness and organise everything required from cross-departments for press releases.
Search for opportunities to build backlinks or the email database.
Keeping up to date with brands & competitors in the industry that align with the brand.
Monitoring data of influencer & PR engagement, ensuring our brand values and campaign goals are reflected.
Report on key metrics and the wider business.
Identify opportunities that could drive new subscribers and increase subscriber retention.
Supporting the social team with discovering influencers, activations, and maximising value.
Organise events with a collaborative, can-do attitude and positive approach.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience of building and maintaining strategic relationships with other brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
Experience executing PR strategies to increase brand awareness.
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and proactively to chase new opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Open to any opportunities and learning, naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have to break the boundaries and disrupt the brand marketing space.
Enthusiasm for building meaningful connections both internally and externally. Bonus Points If You:
✔ Have worked with pets, wellness, or DTC / e-commerce.
✔ Worked within E-commerce
