Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of projects, including planning, design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of structural and secondary steelwork.

3. Take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Manage project risks, contract variations, and claims, maintaining full compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues as they arise.
6. Control project costs, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
7. Negotiate contracts, manage sub-contractors, and monitor the progress of projects.
8. Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tender documents and contract agreements.
9. Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in contract or project management, with a strong background in structural and secondary steelwork.
2. Experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in industrial chimneys, green energy, MOD, or nuclear sectors, is highly desirable.
3. Strong understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Contracts Manager, including budgeting, contract negotiation, risk management, and project coordination.
