Let's create a brighter future together About the role: As a SEN Teacher, you will provide tailored education and support to students with diverse needs, fostering their academic and personal development. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that helps students understand their true potential. Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN. Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs). Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
