Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business. Manage the Sales Inbox to ensure that all Sales Enquiries are answered within SLA. Prospect potential new business opportunities that are suitable for the EVRi Business Account Model. Meeting all set KPI's and achieving productivity targets. Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the EVRi CRM System. Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected Go-Live dates. Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of EVRi Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business. Monitoring the performance of new Clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live. Ensuring that new clients are ready to handover over within 6 weeks of trading. Resolving escalations and Account queries. Delivering high quality calls and written communications with customers to required standard. Working collaboratively across with the wider Telesales, Field Sales and Account Management Teams to help foster a supportive team culture. Working with local Operations Teams to promote new client awareness and to ensure expected level of service is achieved. What You'll Need To Become An Evri Telesales Executive A Level or equivalent Maths (Grade C) A Level or equivalent Other (Grade C) Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders Passion for selling and motivated to smash sales targets Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense Experience within a sales role would be advantageous An understanding of e-Commerce would be advantageous Not only will you be supported every step of the way with structured training programs, but you'll also get the chance to work on exciting projects and gain valuable insights into the industry.
