Our Senior HR Advisor
Will work closely with the Head of HR and other members of the team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to the business. Leading on Employee Relations (ER) cases and providing comprehensive advice and support to employees and managers in line with employment law and best practice.
* Manage the HR Support desk.
* Manage complex ER casework.
* Accurately triage HR requests received via the HR Support desk tool whilst seeking first time resolution where possible. Responsible for escalation of enquiries depending on their nature.
* Support, challenge, coach and upskill managers in all ER matters, from early intervention to formal cases, including performance management, probation reviews, absence management, maternity/paternity, wellbeing, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies and advice on all other policies.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
* Increase the capability of managers to improve overall performance through provision of expert advice and support.
* Induct new managers to the HR systems and processes.
* Support the Head of HR in providing a proactive, responsive and professional HR service and in driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
* Assist in the production of regular HR data reports, inc. turnover, Bradford Factor and other key metrics.
* Support Head of HR with key initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans, to positively influence people KPIs, for example new starter reviews and exit interview data.
* Prepare/present HR updates at Senior Management and Regional Meetings.
* Continuously monitor and review current HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
* Create templates to automate processes where possible.

Mandatory Criteria
* A generalist HR background
* Strong Employee Relations experience
* A demonstrable track record of supporting line managers
* CIDP Qualification
* Experienced in coaching and upskilling managers in all ER matters
Nice to Have
* Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked for and represented a premium / luxury brand
* Experience within the property / residential industry would be a bonus
