Duties
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
2. Utilise social media management tools to enhance our online presence and engage potential candidates.
3. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded.
4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organisation.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Leverage HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo for efficient candidate management and reporting.
8. Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand our recruitment services.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a consultancy environment.
2. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in recruitment efforts.
4. Experience using ATS systems and HRIS software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is highly desirable.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
