Your Responsibilities: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include: Team Supervision : Oversee care workers, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support. Care Plans : Regularly review and update person-centred care plans to reflect clients’ changing needs. Performance Monitoring : Conduct spot checks and reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Quality Improvement : Collaborate with the Registered Manager to maintain and enhance service quality. Recruitment & Training : Assist in recruiting and training care workers to uphold high standards of care. Collaborative Working : Liaise with health and social care professionals, including local authorities and community teams, for a coordinated approach to care. Incident Management : Handle complaints and incidents in line with company policies. Operational Support : Assist the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the service. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Proven experience in a field care supervisor or senior care role. Qualifications : NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to pursue it). Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility : Willingness to work double shifts and participate in an on-call rota. Driving License : Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
