Operations Manager - Compliance Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £54,647 per year (pro rata) plus Company car or car allowance 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Temporary position for up to 9 months We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager – Compliance to join our Compliance Delivery team, based in Worcester. This role sits within Compliance, which is responsible for managing the Group's compliance responsibilities including gas servicing and fire risk assessments to ensure the Group's properties comply with legislation. The role of Operations Manager – Compliance will include: Manage the delivery and maintenance of a national framework of compliance contracts Contribute to ensuring all compliance projects are delivered in line with legislative and regulatory requirements Assist effective budget management of compliance programmes to achieve timely completion of projects Manage the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers Assist in drafting and reviewing relevant policies and procedures and effectively communicate and implement these Skills and experiences: L4 diploma in Compliance and asset management Experience with Health & Safety, Asbestos, Water Hygiene, LOLER, Gas, Fire Safety, Electrical testing Experience of managing multi site maintenance contracts in a commercially focused role Proven experience of delivering services within budget This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence Why work for us?
