Based in Worcester, we are searching for a dedicated professional to support our technical department and contribute to outstanding client outcomes. The Role: As a paraplanner, you will: Prepare review packs and write detailed client reports within SLAs. Conduct cashflow planning and research using professional tools. Maintain accurate client records and manage provider information requests. Collaborate with a team to uphold the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance. About You: You should be: Level 4 qualified (ideally progressing towards Level 6) with at least 2 years’ experience in report writing or technical roles. Knowledgeable in financial services regulation, investment, retirement, and protection products. A detail-oriented professional with excellent time management and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems. Passionate about making a positive impact and sharing a commitment to independence and client focus.
