Job Title: Remedial Supervisor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £45k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a national player within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, with over two decades of operating and a growing client base. They are seeking a hardworking and knowledgeable Remedial Supervisor to oversee teams of plumbing and remedial staff within the Midlands region. You will be managing workloads to successfully deliver on client contracts as well as providing ongoing operational and technical support to engineers. Candidates will ideally have extensive hands-on plumbing & remedial experience and strong experience leading teams. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits for the successful applicant.

Experience / Qualifications:
1. You must have experience working as a Remedial / Plumbing Engineer
2. Ideally will have worked as a supervisor or team leader within a Remedial / Plumbing firm
3. Will be qualified with plumbing qualifications, such as NVQ / City & Guilds and G3 Unvented
4. Strong communication skills
5. Must have good ACOP L8 and HSG 274 knowledge
6. Comfortable writing reports and pricing for works
7. IT literate
The Role:
1. You will be overseeing the smooth delivery of remedial / plumbing engineer works on site
2. Quality checking reports from engineers before submitting to Clients
3. Delegating workloads and projects to site staff
4. Ensuring deadlines and budgets are followed
5. Supporting the training of new members of staff
6. Attending site to induct new engineers
7. Producing thorough and competitive quotations and plans of works for Clients
8. Identifying any areas of training for engineers and completing performance reviews
9. Working closely with the operations and administrative team to make sure projects run smoothly
10. Maintaining strong relationships with clients
