About the Role
As the Internal Sales Team Leader, you will:
* Manage Customer Accounts: Be the primary point of contact for medium-sized distribution customers, nurturing strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Lead a Customer Service Team: Oversee a small but capable team, coaching and supporting them to deliver exceptional service while refining processes to ensure continued excellence.
* Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the sales team, maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring all opportunities are maximised.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within a distribution or B2B environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a proven ability to deliver results.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and CRM/order entry systems.
