Position: Teaching Assistant for Behaviour Support.
Location: Primary School in South Ribble
Year Group: Mixed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 15.15pm
Rate of Pay: Competitive £12.90 - £14.50
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant for Behaviour Support, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 student, helping them manage and regulate their behaviour effectively.
* Implementing tailored strategies to support the student's emotional and behavioural development.
* Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to create a holistic support plan.
* Assisting in the creation and adaptation of resources to meet the student's specific needs.
* Celebrating the student's achievements and progress, promoting a sense of accomplishment and self-worth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
