About the Role - Focused on our key Market Sectors, leading business development activities in partnership with the global team. This role includes clear goals and objectives within the EMEA market sector team, providing customer market intelligence and direction to support achieving goals and objectives. Responsibilities include pipeline management, overseeing preparation for quotations, and presenting solutions to target and growth customers. Additionally, the role involves the development of our regional strategy, identifying internal and external factors that shape the market strategy, and assessing how those factors may impact our value proposition strategy. Identify opportunities for new capabilities/services and enablers required to execute our strategy. Sector knowledge in either Medical, High-End Industrial, Space, or Cyber-Security is essential. Customer Service Excellence is vital, representing the voice of the customer throughout. Build and sustain multi-level relationships with key customers, engaging with customer’s executive levels and decision-makers when required.
Responsibilities
* Lead business development activities focused on our key Market Sectors.
* Provide customer market intelligence and direction to support achieving goals and objectives.
* Manage pipeline targets aligned with our core strengths and market sectors.
* Oversee preparation for quotations and present solutions to target and growth customers.
* Develop regional strategy, identifying factors that shape the market strategy.
* Identify opportunities for new capabilities/services and enablers required to execute our strategy.
* Possess sector knowledge in either Medical, High-End Industrial, Space, or Cyber-Security.
* Represent the voice of the customer throughout.
* Build and sustain multi-level relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
