Your Responsibilities Implement and uphold the school’s behaviour management policies, ensuring consistency and fairness. Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the overall school environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Behaviour Management Specialist or in a similar role. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and their practical implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children. A proactive, solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behaviour.
