About the role
As a IT Strategic Delivery Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting critical IT services and driving the delivery of strategic IT projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and task management skills to enhance our IT capabilities and support our scientific community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and enhance critical IT services, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
* Support the delivery of project workstreams, meeting objectives efficiently.
* Innovate and drive efficiencies in IT service delivery.
* Develop and refine IT processes and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, delivering IT support to the highest standards.
* Facilitate the handover of new technologies and services to the IT team.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
About you
You will have proven experience in technical support for critical business services, as well as strong task management skills, with a track record of delivering on objectives. You will be proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity management platforms (e.g., OKTA), and UEM/MDM solutions (e.g., ManageEngine Endpoint Central). You will be an excellent communicator, with a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be dynamic, forward thinking and possess a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
In addition, exposure to IT security technologies, service management tools and AV/VC technologies would be desirable, as well as knowledge of change management principles.

Location
This position will be based Liverpool. The centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
The NOC has a hybrid working approach where for most positions staff can work from home up to 2 days per week. If you are interested in this position, but require a more flexible working arrangement, please contact the recruitment team using the contact details below.
