Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer who possesses a strong mechanical background and be familiar with hydraulic fitting techniques.
Customer Service Engineer Benefits:
Salary £36,000 p/a.
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week plus travel throughout Europe and further.

Customer Service Engineer Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide on site inspection and planned preventative maintenance.
Ensure smooth delivery and commissioning of equipment.
Provide training for users and equipment maintenance teams.
Carry out warranty inspections including fault finding and reporting.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Produce high quality work.
Provide technical instructions and demonstrate ability to read technical engineering drawings.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Customer focused attitude must be always shown.
Customer Service Engineer Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in hydraulic fitting is essential.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
Ability to plan own workload, book travel and accommodation to enable customer visits by deadline dates.
