AD-HOC TEMP ADMIN Support Role for a Japanese Foods Supplier Company in Singapore
* Courier arrangement and sending samples to customers via DHL & FedEx. Sort incoming and outgoing mails, delivery man, and vendors.
* Upkeep of storeroom and front office, and office equipment servicing arrangement.
* Attending to phone calls and visitors (including serving drinks), restaurant reservation, and ordering lunch for visitors.
* Updating door access card records with vendor in-charge.
* Preparing letters and memos.
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, officially
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Reporting Location: Science Park OFFICE (Kentridge MRT, Transfer to Bus Number 200)

Pay: 1900 SGD Before CPF
