The Role:\n\nSilcom Recruitment are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join our client’s high-performing dealership, representing a well-respected brand based in Reading.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales, excellent organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure to achieve business objectives.\n\nOur client is also willing to offer an opportunity to someone looking to break into the motor trade industry, full training provided.\n\nResponsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:\n\nWelcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.\n\nIdentify and understand customers’ preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.\n\nProvide comprehensive details about vehicle features (new & used), options, and warranties.\n\nAccompany potential buyers on test drives.\n\nDiscuss and agree on pricing, sale terms, and financing options with customers.\n\nBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.\n\nMust hold a valid UK driver’s licence.\n\nThe Package:\n\n£20,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000 Uncapped.\n\nMonday to Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm / Saturdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – Designated day off in the week.\n\nNo Sundays, which means it is a 5-day week every week.\n\n1 late shift required until 9:00pm on either a Tuesday or Thursday.\n\nBenefits: Company car, excellent pay structure, 5-day working week, and a stable management team.\n\nIf you believe you have the passion, knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to succeed as a Car Sales Executive, then we would like to hear from you.\n\n**Don’t worry if your CV is out of date, please get in touch and we can work with you to do the rest**\n\nTo apply for the role as a Car Sales Executive and find out more details, please forward your CV to Drew Pilcher
