Job summary Stowhealth is looking for an enthusiastic visiting clinician, to join our team for between 6 to 8 sessions per week, part time/full time considered. We are looking for a Paramedic/ACP or ANP; prescribing would be an advantage but not essential. Salary will be dependant on experience and qualifications. Main duties of the job As a visiting clinician you will be responsible for seeing and visiting patients in their place of residence, who present with a wide range of minor illness, urgent and same day requests for treatment and chronic disease management; providing care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. When not visiting, you may support us with managing patients in the Practice and ideally you will take on the role of Palliative Care Lead with responsibility for running our End of Life MDTs.
