Global Trading Manager (Performance Marketing & Growth)
Working Style: Hybrid (minimum 2-days per week in Bristol office)

The Role:
We’re looking for a Global E-Commerce Trading Manager to lead conversion optimisation and trading performance across our global websites. You’ll take a hands-on approach to improving the UK site while providing strategic support to international markets, ensuring best practices are implemented across all regions.
Your focus will be on using data to drive site performance, increase conversion rates, and maximise AOV. You’ll also own the trading roadmap, prioritising key initiatives and ensuring they’re delivered effectively. While paid media isn’t the core focus, you’ll oversee global plans to ensure they support wider trading objectives.
Site Trading & Optimisation
* Trading our websites and driving conversion rate (CVR) & AOV.
* Own the test-and-learn roadmap to drive continuous CVR improvements.
* Be the go-to expert on trading across all our Shopify stores.
* Support copywriting for the website, ensuring product descriptions, promotional messaging, and landing page content align with trading objectives and enhance user engagement.
* Own visual merchandising, pricing and promotions.
* Work closely with UX, CRO, and development leads to align site experience with trading objectives.
* Define and track key trading KPIs—ASP, CVR, AOV, and PPC efficiency.
* Use data to inform decisions and constantly refine site performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, e-commerce, and regional trading teams.
Performance Marketing & PPC
* Take a data-led approach to increasing per-session value.
* Monitor and optimise PPC performance (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring it aligns with trading goals.
* Provide regular reporting and insights on paid media performance across global and distributor sites.
* Support additional performance marketing initiatives, including marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and affiliate marketing where applicable.
What You Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce trading, ideally with Shopify.
* Ability to monitor, implement and optimise performance marketing including Google PPC.
* Data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of performance metrics using GA4.
* Experience operating across multiple global markets is a plus.
* Experience in CRO, UX, and site funnel optimisation.
