With over 20 years of operational success and continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Director to lead and elevate their commercial function.

The Role
As Sales Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy across the UK and European markets.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while supporting long-term organisational goals. This is a hands-on, high-impact position suited to someone ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the Sales & Commercial department
Build and implement a proactive sales strategy targeting new UK and European clients
Analyse industry data to identify business growth opportunities
Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers
Develop and deliver a targeted marketing strategy
Liaise cross-functionally with internal departments to align commercial efforts
Monitor market trends and emerging industry developments
Enhance and innovate the current offering to improve competitiveness
Actively promote the business's MRO capabilities across the aviation industry
What We're Looking For
Degree-qualified (ideally in business or management)
Proven background in aviation sales, ideally within an MRO environment
Strong understanding of airline maintenance requirements and commercial processes
Deep knowledge of MRO commercial contracts and structures
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and costing experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to be regularly based at EMA when not visiting customers
