Join us as a CX Insight Manager (6 month FTC) in our Solihull based Customer Experience team. We are looking for a Customer Experience Insights Manager to support the team in identifying opportunities to optimize the customer journey at every touchpoint. The role involves linking Gymshark's customer experience KPIs to leading metrics for real-time monitoring.

* Proven experience managing insight projects from requirements to implementation.
* Extensive experience in a customer insight role within a fast-moving company.
* People management skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making.
* A commercially minded approach to identifying customer improvements.
