ARM is working with a large European rail company, and we are after a Senior Ecologist to join them on a 12-month contract with the likelihood to extend thereafter.
About You:
* You will ideally be a graduate or an associate member of the chartered institute of ecology (CIEEM).
* You should be experienced in providing mitigation advice (following relevant guidance and legislation).
* A good understanding of ecological practices within a railway environment is needed.
* You will need a current PTS licence.
What you will be doing:
* You will be responsible for delivering projects, interpreting and presenting gathered data, and delivering full ecological reports. You will be office-based with occasional travel to site within the region; there may also be some remote working possible.
* You will support project managers on the delivery of ecological requirements as well as assisting with the technical and financial performance of ecological projects.
* You will analyse, evaluate, and interpret ecological data.
This position is based in Tonbridge in Kent. The role is paying £400 per day and has been deemed inside IR35.
