Spa Therapist, Spa & Wellness
40 hours, 5 days per week shift pattern
We re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant and dynamic Spa Team.

As a key member of our Spa & Wellness team we re looking for a therapist to ensure that all guests are looked after and can offer a tailored experience for each type of guest. A person that is approachable, curious and has a natural ability to interact with both guests and colleagues and has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the smooth flow of the guests journey throughout the day.
* Perform treatments on guests while maintaining their comfort at all times.
* Be on time for spa treatment appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment.
* Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
* Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift.
* Courteously interact and answer all Spa & Wellness and hotel related questions with guests.
* Have a thorough understanding of all retail sales items sold in the Spa Boutique and all Mandarin Oriental treatments and packages offered in the Spa.
Working Hours: Rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
