All their products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis, and they sell these through trade partners (resellers) such as Mobility centric Retailers, Bathroom Retailers, Plumbers, Merchants etc. Main duties & Responsibilities: The BDM will be responsible for developing business via channel expansion and optimisation of existing trade partner relationships. The role covers the entire UK and therefore significant travel including overnight stays away from home must be expected. The BDM will be supported by professional central functions such as marketing, PR and lead generation as well as an efficient internal sales administration. The operational sales management is orchestrated via Dynamics 365 (Microsoft) and this division of the business is run based on a monthly and yearly sales target which the BDM will be accountable for after a short introduction period. The Company is run with a strong focus on KPI and target orientation. The role is of key importance to the Company as this particular brand is targeted to deliver significant growth over the coming 3 years.
