Customer Services/Sales Order Processing Professional Needed - Immediate Start

Your new role
This role sits between the paying customer and the organisations' products. You'll work closely with account managers and support them in delivering the goods customers need. You will be the first point of contact for clients to place orders, taking orders via email and phone and deal with any issues like price queries or delivery delays.
You'll develop good working relationships with long-standing customers and work quickly to support them with orders placed. You will work closely with well-established clients ensuring goods are delivered efficiently and rectify any issues quickly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need exceptional communication skills and have gained previous experience working in a similar role, direct contact with customers in an office setting. Dealing with the movement of goods to customers and any issues that may arise from this is preferred.
