Service Administrator 24k-28k
One of my favourite clients has just instructed me to source an experienced Administrator to join their small team based in Dewsbury.
Every time I visit this client, the whole team is always laughing and joking and really enjoys working there.
Due to a recent and unexpected resignation, we are looking for a candidate to take on the role of parts & service administrator.
Let me tell you a bit about my client:
1. Hugely Successful: Turnover up from 1 million to 8 million.
2. Really friendly team: Small team of 8 always going on team events such as lunch & nights out.
3. Develop staff: Several employees have been promoted within higher roles.
4. Well established: Formed in the year 2000.
Let me tell you about some of the duties:
1. Raising repair quotes and sending them to customers.
2. Creating new parts and accessories records on the system. Ensure engineers are adequately supplied with all parts.
3. Receiving and booking in parts.
4. Dealing with telephone and online parts enquiries.
5. Answering phone calls and booking breakdowns.
The above is just a small sample of your duties within the role.
Let me tell you what my client is looking for:
Essential: Administration experience (minimum 2 years) within a small office environment.
Essential: Location - Lives in Dewsbury, Wakefield, or Huddersfield (or surrounding) NOT LEEDS.
Preferable: Parts or Service experience.
Preferable: Experience of dealing with Engineers or Contractors.
